OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS - LONDON 2026 

Contemporary Art in Augmented Reality in the Urban Space.

Let’s turn London into an open-air museum!

In London, signs with QR codes will be placed in the urban space (physically).

The artworks are not physically present: they appear in front of people at the moment the QR code is scanned, through augmented reality.

🧿 QR + AR activation: April 18

⏰ Application deadline: April 1

Open call addressed to

All contemporary artists who wish to take art outside enclosed spaces and insert it into the living flow of the city.

Accepted works

• Paintings
• Drawings
• Videos
• Digital art

How it works

• The artist sends the artwork in digital format
• The artwork is geolocated
• The QR code is physically installed in the city
• The public scans the QR code and the artwork appears before their eyes 👀
• The artwork appears in real space

Participation fee: €25 per artwork

The artist receives the geolocation of the artwork, the Google map with the mention, mentions in online contemporary art magazines and in articles dedicated to the exhibition, plus a photo of the installed artwork.
